How to file a petition for lifting deportation and travel ban for use of illegal substances?

Looking to lift the deportation ban which took place in 2012 for possession and intent to use banned substances.

Since 2021, the rules have changed and it is possible to file a plea of mercy and get the ban removed.

I would like to know the charges of the same.

Can we do it online?

Of course, you can do it online.

It is free of charge if you do it by yourself online.

But please, be careful. If your plea got rejected, it will be recorded on the system of the Public Prosecution so that the more you apply and get a rejection, the less your chances get to lift your ban.

In regards to the lawyer's charges to lift your ban, it is related to the crime that you did, due to the fact that not all criminal cases have the same degree of effect and legal works to lift the ban.

Good luck.

In the event of deportation from the state, some procedures can be taken to cancel the ban, the most important of which is submitting a request for mercy, and it is possible to accept or reject the request according to the case.

The application can be submitted through a law firm against a fee for this service.

The charge for this service is AED 6,000 in advance and 6,000 if the request got accepted.

In the case of requesting the service from the law firm, you can email us.
