1. The procedure is that you will have to do an MOU with the Indian company based on the UAE laws and have the jurisdiction as Dubai courts or DIFC.

We can help you draft a suitable MOU to protect your interests wrt intellectual property, data protection and privacy-related laws as well as NDA and NCAs.

2. You will need to register for VAT since you will be buying or selling within the UAE, so you will certainly need a VAT number if you are selling to clients within the UAE.

If you want us to help you with your setup formalities you can write to us on advocate@alriyamiadvocates.com

Thanks.

Do you help us in registering the company in the UAE as a branch of GCC?

Also, let me know what will be your charges so that we can get approval from our management in case they agreed to proceed with you.

Thanks and regards,

Imtiyaz

Just to clarify, from your first message to us we understood that you are already registered in the UAE as a branch of your Saudi company or are you yet looking to register?

16 Jul 2018, 10:10

The management wants to register a new company branch of the Saudi company, since the earlier one we have the business activity is totally different and it is registered a long time and they don't want to mix and like to keep 2 entities different.

So, they need to register a new branch of the Saudi company.

Ok, we can certainly help you with it. For all your contracts including NDA, NCA, IPR, employment contracts, offer letters, international MOUs our charges will be AED 20000.

For your company set up as mainland or free zone company, our service charges, EXCLUDING specific government setup license, and visa-related costs, will be AED 15000.

16 Jul 2018, 10:41

Do these fees include the Attestation/registration with ministry or departments?

16 Jul 2018, 10:45

For MOUs/NDA/NCA/IPR related it is not mandatory that you have them registered or notarized, this is optional.

The costs quoted above are our fees only for making all the relevant contracts on your behalf and the company branch setup procedures.

Any government related or legal translation costs will be charged separately and on actuals.

Will get back to you by tomorrow on this.

I have forwarded the details to management for approval. Can you let me know what are the documents required?

Thanks and regards

Imtiyaz

We will need your Saudi trade license, incorporation certificates, shareholder documents, MOA and AOA.

Based on a review of these documents, we will let you know what attestation is required in Saudi itself and what needs to be done here to proceed with the branch.

You can mail us details to advocate@alriyamiadvocates.com

Thanks
