Hi M.

Once Khula is done you can not ask anything from your husband for yourself.

However, the husband is responsible for the education and maintenance of the children.

Well, the alimony enforcement case is from February, Khula happened in June. I am very confused.

No, you won't get it.

Thank you for the input. However, you contradict yourself because you said I can claim child support.

The alimony was set by the judge and subject of an enforcement case with warrant arrests, it`s not only my alimony but also my daughter's. Children are not affected by khula.

Please check the reply I sent you before. I talked about you not getting anything for yourself but you can ask for your children.
