Do I need to go with ex-husband to the court to remove an execution case he put on me?

My ex-husband had put an execution case on me before finally divorcing me.

Now in my mutual agreement with him during divorce, he has also agreed to remove the execution case.

Do I still need him to go to court and remove the case?

Or can I go to the court based on this mutual agreement and get it removed myself?

First of all, make sure your mutual divorce agreement clearly states that your ex-husband will take steps to remove the execution case.

Later you can likely visit the Execution Court where the case was filed.

Explain your situation and present a certified copy of your divorce agreement that mentions the removal of the case.

If you need further clarification, you may ask.

Dear questioner

It will be better to ask your husband to accompany you for the withdrawal of the case.

Sometimes the agreement will not be sufficient for the withdrawal of the case.

If you need further clarification, please share your Whatsapp number.

Dear.

If a year has passed since the date of the agreement, you can file a new lawsuit to cancel or amend the agreement.

However, before that, you cannot cancel it unless you have strong reasons to cancel it.

If anything else is required, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or call our offices in Dubai or Sharjah.

He should go with you as they might ask for his signature.

If the agreement you are talking about was made through the court, there is no need for him to come with you.

If the agreement is only between the two of you and not approved by any government authority, he must go to the court to remove the case.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your situation!

If your ex-husband has agreed to remove the execution case as part of your mutual divorce agreement, the specific process for having the case withdrawn may depend on the exact terms of your agreement and the legal requirements in Dubai.

Typically, the party who initiated the case (in this instance, your ex-husband) would need to formally request the withdrawal of the execution case.

However, given that this is part of your mutual agreement, it may be possible to expedite the process.

To provide you with precise guidance and ensure that the execution case is removed without complications, I recommend discussing this matter in detail.
