كيف يمكنني إنفاذ دفع مبلغ الشيك المرتجع وفقًا للقانون الجديد؟

أعلم أن الشيك المرتجع قد تم إلغاء تجريمه. لكن أحدهم أعطاني شيكًا بقيمة 250 ألفًا وهو يعلم أنه سوف يرتجع لأن الحساب البنكي مغلق.
وما هي التبعات القانونية لذلك؟ لأنه لا يبدو عادلاً إذا لم تكن هناك عواقب، خاصة إذا لم يكن لدى الشخص أموال.
