Q: Dear Sirs, I am 61 years old Electrical Engineer, have worked for a company in the UAE for 10 years and I was terminated in November 2018 for force reduction due to lack of projects. As the company was experiencing problems in their cash flow, I was made to sign a letter agreement to cover my EOSB, which should be paid on monthly instalments starting December 2018 until July 2019. Unfortunately, out of the 8 instalments only one was received on May 2019, and all are empty promises; the reason is the company's lack of funds.
