Harassment by the employer after filing a case for holding salaries

I am working in a security company. They haven't given me a job for a long time. They want to take my passport by force, which is against Dubai rules.

They are not sending me on duty for a long time. Also, they didn’t settle my accounts and gave me a cancellation. For that, I filed a case against my company and already it’s been transferred into labor court.

Now the company owner wants to get me out of the company accommodation. He threatens me in many ways. He says what you do with police or court, you can't do anything to me. I am so afraid and helpless.

Till the judgment comes from the Court, can my company owner get me out of accommodation?

So I badly need an urgent suggestion. What can I do now?

Please help me to find out a solution.

Don't be afraid, and call the police if something happened. It's better to stay in the accommodation.

If more troubles happened, leave to another place, but tell the judge everything.

Sir,

As per your suggestion, I went to Al Qusais police station but they told me to go to labour and also labour told me to go to police.

Sir my company owner already threatened me again to leave the accommodation. So where can I get the proper solution of my problem?

Please Sir, now what can I do?

If you have a labor case, you can add new requests, and submit a request to the judge to prevent the sponsor from removing you from the residence.

The important thing is that you keep your passport and do not give it to anyone, and you can move your residence to another place if you are afraid until the judgment is issued.
