Staying in the company accommodation after termination
An employee filed a labor case after receiving termination from the company regarding his End of Service settlement. He continues to stay in company accommodation while the case is on.
But he has got another employment and is working in another company with a temporary labor card. Still, the previous employer has to provide accommodation. He is not leaving the accommodation.
