مضايقات صاحب العمل بعد رفع قضية بسبب عدم دفع الرواتب

أنا أعمل في شركة أمن. لم يعطوني وظيفة لفترة طويلة. إنهم يريدون أخذ جواز سفري بالقوة، وهو أمر مخالف لقوانين دبي.

إنهم لا يعطونني تكليفات بالخدمة منذ مدة طويلة. كما أنهم لم يقوموا بتسوية حساباتي وقاموا بإلغاء تأشيرتي. ولهذا السبب، قمت برفع قضية ضد شركتي وتم تحويلها بالفعل إلى المحكمة العمالية.

الآن يريد صاحب الشركة إخراجي من سكن الشركة. يهددني بعدة طرق. يقول ما تفعله من خلال الشرطة أو المحكمة، لن يؤثر علي. أنا خائف جداً وعاجز.

حتى صدور الحكم من المحكمة، هل يستطيع مالك شركتي إخراجي من السكن؟

لذلك أنا في حاجة ماسة إلى اقتراح عاجل. ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل الآن؟

If more troubles happened, leave to another place, but tell the judge everything.

If you have a labor case, you can add new requests, and submit a request to the judge to prevent the sponsor from removing you from the residence.

The important thing is that you keep your passport and do not give it to anyone, and you can move your residence to another place if you are afraid until the judgment is issued.
