Q: Hello everyone, My company terminated me without any reason and refused to pay me my dues. I put a case against them and got first judgment in my favor. Now we both parties have 30 days to appeal. Is a case summary sheet sufficient for applying for a temporary work permit?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I have registered a case in the labor court (for settlement payment & cancellation delays). I got a date for the hearing by email along with the ''Case Summary'' sheet which mentions the case number, the date of hearing & some details of the case. Is this document sufficient for applying for a temporary work permit? Or is there any other document like an ''NOC'' from the court that is required for me to take up temporary work? Can the court expert extend the timeline of delivering his report?

Q: In my misdemeanor case of 150,000, the case is in the upper court and is with the Ruler's Court expert. The case went to the Ruler's Court expert in October 2023, and the expert picked the case in Jan 2024. He said that the report will be ready in Apr 2024. Now there is a 2-month extension. Is there any timeline as to how much time the expert can take? Also, is there a maximum time as to how much time the case can stay in the upper court?

On Jan 2, 2025, one of my close friends did a privacy breach and recorded me and my van in some specific place. On Feb 5, when I called and asked him why he did this to me, he went and gave a complaint that I scolded him and threatened him. The same case was later closed by the PP when we negotiated outside the station and apologized.
