هل يعتبر الفصل من العمل بعد إرسال رسالتين إنذارين بمثابة فصل تعسفي؟

مساء الخير،

أنا موظف في شركة منذ 4 سنوات بعقد غير محدد المدة.

لقد قمت للتو بتجديد تأشيرتي الشهر الماضي ولكن بالأمس تلقيت خطاب إنهاء من شركتي ينص على أن الإنهاء بناءً على أدائي ورسالتين تحذيريتين في 6 أكتوبر و21 نوفمبر.

وصلتني رسالة تحذير بتاريخ 6 أكتوبر لكنني لم أوقع وقمت بالرد مع التبرير، وفي 21 نوفمبر لم أتلق أي خطاب.

برجاء الإفادة، هل يجب علي التوقيع على الرسالة، وهل يمكن اعتبار ذلك فصلًا تعسفيًا؟

According to you, this is considered an unfair dismissal, however, we need to review the warning letter and your response as well as the termination letter in order to provide proper legal advice.

Did you reply to the first notice on time which was mentioned in the letter 10-10-2021?

For the termination letter, I believe it is better to not sign it.

However, you can reply that you did not receive the second notice.

This is NOT unfair dismissal because they gave you 2 months as a notice period according to law.
