The court considered this invalid because there was no translator. السلام عليكم، لدي دعوى عقارية وقد تأخَّر المطور في إنجاز المشروع. أخطرت المطور بإشعار إنهاء عقد موثّق من الكاتب العدل وبإعلان بالنشر. بعدها سجلت قضية لفسخ العقد واسترجاع المبلغ المدفوع لشراء الوحدة، وفي أثناء نظر الدعوى، أرسل المطور إيميل لي بإخطاري بسداد المبلغ المتبقي وباستلام الوحدة. هل هناك قانون يجيز أن تعتبر الوحدة قد سُلِّمت لي بموجب البريد الإلكتروني من المطور أثناء نظر القضية ولم يصدر فيها حكم بعد؟

السلام عليكم، قضية عمالية جزئية مبلغ المطالبة فيها 70.000 درهم وتم عمل استئناف من جانب العامل. هل عند تسجيل استئناف عمالي يكون هناك مبلغ 1000 درهم تأمين أم لا؟ حيث أن المبلغ المُطالَب به هو 70000 درهم؛ وهو مبلغ أعلى من النصاب الانتهائي للمحكمة.

Salam, I have terminated my tenancy contract early on. On the 4th month, I notified the landlord through his agent that I got released from duty and need to terminate the contract. I gave 2 months' notice (via email). I received verbal confirmation that I can vacate. I received Clearance Certificate and handed the place over on time and in good condition. The only thing, I didn't pull out the balance cheques from the landlord. 1. The landlord didn't return the security deposit. 2. To my surprise, the landlord cashed the 3rd cheque. 3. The landlord still has the 4th cheque. Being new in the UAE, what am I supposed to do? How can I collect my money and stop the 4th cheque from being cashed out?

If we start the visa process with a company and then halfway through we decide to leave and go to another company, does the new company have to restart the visa process? Or will the old company be able to hand over our visa to the new company?

Can an employer get a signature on a loan paper for giving them a job & after resigning asks them for visa money or else they will file a case against the loan amount? Please guide me, in such a case, what should that employee do because they hold the passport? They cancel the visa & do not give the canceled paper so the employee should change the status to avoid a fine. They just keep on blackmailing me to get the visa money in terms of the loan paper. However, my partner has now come to know that the individual who had issued the cheque has closed the bank account. What will be the status now? Dear sir/madam, I have returned to the UK as I resigned in my 6 month probation period due to my parents' health. I still have a valid residency visa in the UAE as my workplace has not canceled it yet. If it was not canceled yet, can I return to the UAE and find another job? Is that possible even if on a holiday visa? Or would it be wise to start another job with another visa in say 3 months' time or even 6 months going through the visa process again? I didn't abscond. I followed through with the finishing process exactly as required where my workplace was concerned.
