I want to resign in the probation period from my job

Article 21(b) of the Labour Law provides either party to a contract of employment may terminate it during the probationary period if it becomes evident that its continuance is not appropriate, provided that the party terminating the contract gives at least one day notice to the other party.

The above is however subject to any longer period that may have been agreed in the contract, and it is also subject to there being an actual Probationary Period explicitly (in writing) agreed in your contract. If no Probationary Period is agreed in your contract, then it does not exist.
