Reem Alrayes

Reem Alrayes joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates in 2009. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honours from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, London, UK, and is an Associate in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Reem is a Licensed Attorney in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Reem focuses on commercial, corporate and real estate transactional work. She has gained experience in various corporate transactions, acting for local and international companies and investors in a wide range of industries. Her focus practice includes commercial agencies, distributorships, franchising, and IP rights. She also consults across the whole spectrum of employment law including employment aspects of corporate transactions and restructuring. She offers her time and legal expertise on pro bono cases and focuses part of her charity work towards the cause of social inclusion and integration for the special needs community in Bahrain. She is a member of the Legislative Committee for the National Strategy for Persons with Disabilities; and Board Member and President in the Youth Committee of the non-profit Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of Persons with Disabilities.
