Rights of the employee when the employer terminates the limited contract

Hi all,

I worked for a semi-government company for 4 months (I passed the 3-month probation period successfully with outstanding exceptional performance).

However, after completing the 4th month, the employer terminated my contract immediately with no reason related to work or performance. My contract is a limited 3-year contract.

Now the employer is asking me to return the school allowance which has been paid to me and he is not willing to pay me any compensation for breaking the limited contract or for the arbitrary termination.

Could you please advise me on what to do in such a case and what can be claimed here?

Your support is highly appreciated

Thank you.

Dear Questioner,

Pursuant to the query, note that:

1) If you are terminated without any proper reason, you can claim for Arbitrary Dismissal.

2) Regarding the school fee paid by the employer, you have to see the clause in the contract.

If you have any queries please feel free to contact us on the phone.

Thank you.

Dear Mohammed,

Thanks for your response. Much appreciated.

For the first point, can you please let me know if Article 115 for breaking the limited contract without a cause is valid in this case?

For the second point, I am entitled to a school allowance as per my contractual benefit, but nothing is mentioned in the contract about returning back the paid education allowance fully or partially in case of resignation or termination.
