Can my employer ban me if I leave the job within my probation period?
If I am on an unlimited contract, can my employer ban me if I leave the job within my probation period?
The employment visa they have provided me is for the Manager position and I am an Engineer by profession.
Please help to advise Sir.

Hi
As per the UAE labor law, and under an unlimited contract, if you resign during your probation period, there will not be any ban on you since you hold a managerial post.
However, you will have to serve the notice period as specified in your contract for the probation period.
