Can you resign in probation period to take a better offer?
I am leaving in probation period to work for another employer. I have received a much better offer and want to change companies/employment.

Dear Questioner,
I would suggest you do not process your medical test if you know that you leave the company.
If you resign during the probation period and your contract is an unlimited contract, you should not receive any ban, unless your employer will put it from his side.
In case you face any issues, please feel free to contact me at my email.

Dear Questioner,
It depends on the type of your employment contract, whether limited or unlimited.
If it is an unlimited contract, you can just provide the right notice period on your contract, no penalties or compensation for visa charges are supposed to be paid from your side, and no bans will be imposed.
Nevertheless, it is not advised that you complete your visa process with your current employer if you know you will resign.
Good Luck.
