What does "set for judgment" for a case mean?

I have a case against a company for pending invoices. However, I couldn't attend the case hearing.

Now the case status is showing "set for judgment". What does that mean?

Are you the plaintiff or defendant?

It would be termed as absent judgment as you were not present during the session, and that can be appealed to if not deemed right.

Kindly contact us via phone or email for further assistance.

Dear questioner,

We would like to know if you were the defending party in the case. If so, it would be an absent or ex-parte judgment.

You can appeal the judgment within 30 days.

You can contact us via phone to have a detailed discussion on this matter.
