Case set for judgment after missed hearing: Why?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I attended my first hearing on August 11th, but after that, I could not attend my second hearing on time. On September 25th, I again paid a fee for a new hearing date.
They told me to come in 3-4 days, so I went today. However, today they are saying that my case is set for judgment.
Does this mean that they canceled my case because I did not attend?

Dear Questioner,
It means that it was set for judgment due to the judge's point of view, maybe he saw that it needed nothing to be clarified, and maybe because no one attended.
It's totally up to the circumstances that we know nothing about. You didn't even mention what your case is about!
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
It's possible that your case proceeded to judgment because you missed the second hearing. Missing hearings can sometimes result in adverse judgments.
To get a clear understanding of your case's status, consult with your attorney or the court clerk to confirm whether your case has been canceled or if the judgment has indeed been issued.
They can provide you with specific details regarding your situation and any available options.
