There should be valid reasons for preferring a complaint against the employer. If you are still on probation, then you are not eligible to complain. If not, you are eligible for a month’s leave.

Regarding dismissal, it depends on the facts and circumstances of each and every case and also if it is a fixed term or unlimited contract.

Once the dismissal occurs, it has to be scrutinized whether it falls under the category of “arbitrary action of the employer” and if so, a complaint may be preferred.

I started in July 2017 with that company and they terminated me last May 12, 2018, and gave me one month notice until June 12.

Yesterday they told us to come to the office to sign for the cancellation, but until now, we haven't received any draft for the final settlement.

The termination letter stated that the "company was restructuring and my services were no longer required", but they keep on making visas and only two of us have been terminated.

In case I want to go outside the country on June 10, will there be any problem if I go? I will come back on July 9, since before they terminated me they allowed me to take the vacation.
