Filing a case against the employer for arbitrary dismissal
Is it possible if I file a complaint against my employer to go outside the country even for only one month?
I will file arbitrary dismissal because they terminated me for no reason.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
There should be valid reasons for preferring a complaint against the employer. If you are still on probation, then you are not eligible to complain. If not, you are eligible for a month’s leave.
Regarding dismissal, it depends on the facts and circumstances of each and every case and also if it is a fixed term or unlimited contract.
Once the dismissal occurs, it has to be scrutinized whether it falls under the category of “arbitrary action of the employer” and if so, a complaint may be preferred.
