رفع قضية ضد صاحب العمل بسبب الفصل التعسفي
هل من الممكن الخروج من البلد ولو شهر واحد فقط في حالة ما إذا قمت بتقديم شكوى ضد صاحب عملي؟
سأقدم شكوى بسبب الفصل التعسفي، حيث أنهم قد أنهوا عقد العمل معي دون سبب.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
There should be valid reasons for preferring a complaint against the employer. If you are still on probation, then you are not eligible to complain. If not, you are eligible for a month’s leave.
Regarding dismissal, it depends on the facts and circumstances of each and every case and also if it is a fixed term or unlimited contract.
Once the dismissal occurs, it has to be scrutinized whether it falls under the category of “arbitrary action of the employer” and if so, a complaint may be preferred.
