Salary deduction during COVID-19 pandemic while the company is not affected

Q: Good day,
Our company plans to deduct 20% of our salaries since COVID-19 affected the market. We are in the shipping industry. We are still performing very well and the revenue is not affected.
The company insists to deduct our salaries because its international entity is not working very well in other regions. Is this supported by the labor law of the UAE?
Please advise!

Q: In the situation of the pandemic, my employer wants me to sign on reduced pay and calculating everything based on that like gratuity, unpaid leaves and notice period salary.
What can I do? Also, how much will be the legal fees to fight a case?

Can the company pay my gratuity upon termination only for onsite service and skip my remote service?

Q: I worked for a company for 2 years and 2 months. For 8 months, I worked remotely under a contract governed by UAE law. The contract explicitly stated:
"This contract is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates."
During this remote period, I accrued 25 days of vacation.
After the remote work period, I relocated to Dubai with a new contract. This contract acknowledged my prior remote employment I worked onsite for the company for 18 months, after which they terminated my employment.
Now, regarding my termination, I have two questions:
1. The company has mentioned that they will compensate me for the 25 days of vacation at the remote rate, considering that these vacation days were accrued during my remote work period.
2. They also informed me that I will not receive gratuity for the entire duration of my service but only for the onsite period (18 months) as I had two separate contracts.
Is this legally valid?

I joined a hospital as an office staff a month ago and have been working for one month. Now I am under a probation period which is for 6 months. I am on a husband's visa and did not take any facilities such as medical insurance, accommodation, or visa.
I am not comfortable with the work atmosphere and would like to resign from there.
What will be the financial and legal consequences?
I heard they normally charge 45 days salary and a ban is imposed even under probation period.
What should I do to terminate the contract?

نفقة وحضانة الأبناء في حالة الطلاق للضرر 0

رفعت زوجتي قضية طلاق للضرر في محكمة الشارقة الشرعية وخسرتها (لم يثبُت الضرر) واستأنفت و خسرت أيضًا.
الآن رفعت قضية جديدة وعيَّنت المحكمة حكَمين وأتوقع أن تكون توصيتهم بالطلاق.
سؤالي يتعلق بالأبناء، لدي ابن وابنة: الابن عمره 14 سنة و8 أشهر مقيم في الإمارات والابنة عمرها 17 سنة و5 أشهر وغير مقيمة في الإمارات وتدرس في الجامعة خارج الدولة.
أسئلتي كالتالي:
- هل للمحكمة ولاية على ابنتي بالرغم من أنها لا تملك إقامة في الإمارات؟
- هل يمكن للزوجة طلب الحضانة للابنة مع أنها تقيم في الإمارات بعيدًا عن الابنة؟
- هل في العادة تحكم المحكمة للأب بحضانة الابن فوق الـ11 سنة أم ستسأل الابن كي يختار مع مَن يقيم؟
- عند الطلاق لن يكون للأب زوجة، فهل يؤثر ذلك في حضانة الابن بالنسبة للأب؟
- ما النفقة المتوقعة إذا كان راتبي 17500 درهم شهريًا؟

الخلفية:
الزوجة رفعت قضية طلاق للضرر (محكمة الشارقة الشرعية) وخسرتها ثم استأنفت وخسرتها أيضًا ولم يثبت الضرر.
الآن رفعت قضية جديدة وتم تعيين حكمين من المحكمة ويُتوقَّع طلاق المدعية.
