The new COVID-19 regulations regarding redundancy in the UAE

Please go through resolution 279 of 2020. It gives the right to your employer to reduce your salary for those establishments which are directly affected due to COVID-19.

Both parties should agree for salary reduction and an annexure has to be signed for this apart from your normal labour contract.
