The consequences of resignation during the probation period

1. Is it allowed to resign within two months while an employee is on 6 months probation period?

2. If an employee resigns, would he/she be responsible for all expenses related to visa and medical insurance?

Yes, it is permissible to resign, but it is better to wait until 6 months of the probationary period, and the worker may not pay the value of the work visa, and all costs are borne by the employer, not the worker.
