Dear client,

According to labour law, you should give the proper notice that is mentioned in your labour agreement.

If you resigned during the probation period, you will get an automatic labour ban by MOL which means you are not allowed to work in a UAE registered company for 6 months.

The labour ban can be cancelled if taken by mutual agreement between you and your employer. According to ministerial order 52 of 1989, ( Article 6), all expenses are borne by the employer.
