Q: My company is having Hamryaa free zone company. I am on their visa. But my workplace was in Dubai (with their head office).
My contract expired on Aug 13 and still, I am not paid my 5 months' salary and other settlement. Now they are asking me to sign the paper for cancellation.
My dues are not paid and said they will give a monthly basis. But I am going back to my home country.
What to do? Can anyone help me, please?

Q: I resigned from my company because I had a better job offer.
The previous company did not pay me all the salaries and end-of-service benefits with excuses that they are not doing very well but that in the next few months they will deposit money on my account.
I signed the visa cancelation paper not knowing that it is stated that I received all the dues that the company owes me. Since my resignation, it has passed a couple of months and I still haven't received anything.
The last time when I asked, the company representatives told me that they will not pay me and I can go to court.
Do I actually have a legal ground for a complaint regarding the statement on my visa cancelation paper?

I resigned from my previous job for a better opportunity. However, I did not receive all of my dues. In order to not lose the new offer, I signed a labor cancellation paper stating that I had received all of my dues.
It has been two years since then, and my previous employer has not paid me my remaining salaries. (The clinic is located in Ajman.)
Can I file a case against my previous employer now? What is the procedure?

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.
