How to claim your benefits after expiry of contract and signing the cancellation papers
My company is having Hamryaa free zone company. I am on their visa. But my workplace was in Dubai (with their head office).
My contract expired on Aug 13 and still, I am not paid my 5 months' salary and other settlement. Now they are asking me to sign the paper for cancellation.
My dues are not paid and said they will give a monthly basis. But I am going back to my home country.
What to do? Can anyone help me, please?

You can file a complaint asking for your end-of-service benefits and your pending salary.
First, in the Labor Dispute, they will call you and your employer for an amicable settlement. If not settled, they will ask you if you want to transfer your case to the court.
