What to do if the employer does not pay the labor dues after visa cancellation?
Dear Sir/Madam,
What should I do if the company is not paying me after the cancellation of my visa, which is part of the final settlement?
I read that the employer should pay me within 14 days, but they are consistently lying to me, claiming it will be done next week or the next day.

Dear Questioner,
The employer has to settle the dues within 14 days of termination of the employment contract.
If he didn't do so, the worker can submit a complaint to the Ministry of Labor over the phone or the website.
All entitlements must be accounted for (overdue salaries, vacations, end-of-service benefits, airline tickets for him and his family, compensation for unfair dismissal, and any other entitlements according to the contract).
