Paying the 45-days compensation to the employer in case of resignation

Hello,

I am currently working on a limited contract but I have finished the six months probation period. Now, I would like to resign from the company. As per the law, I need to pay 45 days' salary.

My question is if I complete the six months probation period and give resignation, will I get a ban?

And for the 45 days salary, is it accounted for based on the basic salary only or the full salary.

There is no such rule which forces you to pay by yourself. It should be a request from the employer during a labor case and the judge should oblige you to pay.

Moreover, if the employer couldn't prove the damages behind your resignation, he won't be able to collect such compensation.

Also, you can resign anytime as long as you gave the agreed notice period, moreover, you should seek his acceptance to your resignation through email so you can protect yourself from the ban.

To start with, and according to the Labor Law, this is your full right to resign within the 6 months probation.

They cannot make you pay for 45 days! Nor they can ban you.

Dear questioner,

There will be no ban, and you will be charged on the basic salary, not the total salary.
