Imposition of a ban in the absence of a person
Hi,
I went to vacation, I am not going to come back due to personal reasons.
Is it possible to put immigration ban, even if I am out of the country?

Dear Sir,
If you want to quit, you have to come back, resign, complete your notice period, and cancel your visa. This is the best way to terminate a contract with mutual consent.
If you do not return and in the absence of your consent to terminate the contract, the employer will have no choice but to declare you absconding and automatically a ban will be placed on you (and yes, this is possible in your absence).
With best regards,
Mrs. Khan
