حساب الإجازة السنوية في حالات مختلفة

مرحبًا،

أسئلة عاجلة:

1- كيف يتم حساب الإجازة السنوية إذا أكمل الشخص أكثر من عام في الخدمة؟

أ. إجازة لمدة 30 يومًا في 12 شهرًا؛ أي 11 شهر عمل + إجازة شهر واحد = 30 يومًا خلال 12 شهرًا.

ب. إجازة لمدة 30 يومًا بعد إكمال 12 شهرًا كل عام؛ أي 12 شهرًا من العمل + شهر إجازة = 30 يومًا خلال 13 شهرًا.

2- هل تُضاف فترة الإجازة لحساب استحقاق الإجازة اللاحقة؟ أم يتم حسابها من تاريخ العودة إلى العمل بعد الإجازة (باستثناء فترة الإجازة)؟

Dear questioner,

As per Article 75 of the UAE labor Law, a worker shall, for each year of service, be entitled to an annual leave of not less than:

1. Two days a month, where the worker’s period of service is more than six months but less than one year.

2. 30 days a year, where the worker’s period of service is more than one year.

Where a worker's service is terminated, he shall be entitled to annual leave in respect of fractions of the last year.

To give you more clarity, when you complete 1 year of the contract, you are eligible to take 30 days annual leave.

Then in the 2nd year, when you complete the full contract period [if your employment contract is 2 years contract], then you are eligible for 60 days if your company has a policy of carrying forward the full number of leaves accrued in the last year.
