Does the salary increase apply to pending leave salary from previous year?

Dear Sir,

I have a question about leave salary.

I have completed 2 successful years in a company in Abu Dhabi, my salary was 5000 (Including Basic & Housing Allowance) in the first year and I got 1000 as an increment in the second year.

So when I completed my 2nd year my salary is 6000. Now I need to request my two months' Leave Salary.

Kindly advise me how much I am able to receive, 11000 or 12000.

Dear Questioner,

Since you were working on your leave, then you are entitled to receive your full salary plus the basic salary for one year.

And for the second year, you will be entitled to receive your full salary only.

Sir,

The thing is I took the 30 days' leave in the first year but I have not received the leave salary (that time my salary was 5000).

Now I have completed 2nd year (6000 is my salary now).

I want to encash the leave salary at once, please advise how much I should receive, 5000+6000 or 6000+6000.

It should be 5k plus 6k.
