14
Q: Hi,
I have lived in the UAE from 2010-2012. I don't have emirates ID, I have applied for PCC for immigration purpose on Dubai police website and send them the fingerprints attested along with other documents from India.
Now, the status online shows In progress for almost one month. They are not responding to emails. Calls also hardly in touch. Only once they picked and seems they don't have any proper answers for my PCC.
I don't know why they're not issuing my PCC and delaying it. What I can do in this situation?

Obtaining a police clearance certificate for immigration purposes
12
Q: I am an ex-resident in Dubai and been there for approximately 6.5 years. I left Dubai in Apr 2015 due to family reasons and haven't paid a loan and credit card.
Now, if I need a police clearance certificate for me, will that certificate make me go through the process?
If I am planning to file a PR to Canada for that purpose, will the UAE Embassy issue me the PCC with a clear record or?
Kindly advise.

Issuing a police clearance certificate without the Emirates ID number
13
Q: I was trying to apply to get my PCC from the UAE online through the MOI app and also through the website since I live overseas, but I could not complete the application process because there is a step that asks to enter my Emirates ID number which I don’t remember.
I think the Emirate ID is a MUST to continue and complete the PCC application. I already have my fingerprints attested at the UAE Embassy. Now I don’t know where to go.
How can you get my PCC with just my passport?
Should I mail it to the UAE or have the embassy mail it for me?

Obtaining a PPC from Dubai while being abroad
1
Q: I want to obtain a PCC from Dubai as I was working in Dubai from 2008 and left Dubai in 2010.
I do not have the Emirates ID number with me as I understand that I can do it and for that, I need to obtain a fingerprint card from the country where I am residing.
My question is how can I obtain this card and from where?
I am in India (Delhi). Do I need to book an appointment in the UAE embassy to do that and get it attested from the embassy as well.
OR I can do this fingerprint card from elsewhere.
Kindly assist, please!

As per the public prosecution, charges were dropped in 2018 and I got court papers saying the case is dropped.
However, my name still remains in the police database. I applied 4 times for PCC in the last 4 years, all got canceled.
Can you advise on this?
Thank you

I have appealed for attestation on my Dubai PCC many times, but it cannot be attested as it is electronic. I need your help as I need it urgently for my security license in Australia.
The Abu Dhabi PCC app does not allow me to submit without an Emirates ID. After I get my fingerprints card attested, how do I apply for an Abu Dhabi PCC?

View allThe maximum notice period employers can put in the contract as per the new labor law 0
Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law 0
Dear sir/madam,
Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law.
Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.
Can you please clarify?
Thanks for your valuable time and kind assistance!
