I don't have emirates ID, I have applied for PCC for immigration purpose on Dubai police website and send them the fingerprints attested along with other documents from India. Now, the status online shows In progress for almost one month. They are not responding to emails. Calls also hardly in touch. Only once they picked and seems they don't have any proper answers for my PCC. I don't know why they're not issuing my PCC and delaying it. What I can do in this situation?

Q: I am an ex-resident in Dubai and been there for approximately 6.5 years. I left Dubai in Apr 2015 due to family reasons and haven't paid a loan and credit card. Now, if I need a police clearance certificate for me, will that certificate make me go through the process? Q: I was trying to apply to get my PCC from the UAE online through the MOI app and also through the website since I live overseas, but I could not complete the application process because there is a step that asks to enter my Emirates ID number which I don’t remember. I think the Emirate ID is a MUST to continue and complete the PCC application. I already have my fingerprints attested at the UAE Embassy. Now I don’t know where to go. How can you get my PCC with just my passport? Should I mail it to the UAE or have the embassy mail it for me?

Q: I want to obtain a PCC from Dubai as I was working in Dubai from 2008 and left Dubai in 2010. I do not have the Emirates ID number with me as I understand that I can do it and for that, I need to obtain a fingerprint card from the country where I am residing.
