How to apply for stop searching and get clearance certificate after a case is dropped?

لا تعتبر القضايا التي تم فيها إصدار أمر بألا وجه لإقامة الدعوى من السوابق التي يقتضي معها رد الاعتبار

Request "Stop Searching" (كف البحث - which is a proper term for the clearance certificate required).
