Obtaining police clearance certificate in the absence of fingerprints

Dear Sir,

Can I obtain a police certificate from Dubai online without the need to have my fingerprints taken, since it is a long process to have it done?

I am not living in the UAE, I used to live there and left in 1998.

Thank you.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

It does not matter that your fingerprints are not there with the government, as they already have your visa, passport details and eye scan with them.

You can apply for PCC via the Dubai Police website or even try Ministry of Interior.

For more information, you can visit https://government.ae/en/information-and-services/justice-safety-and-the-law/police-clearance-certificate.

I trust you will find this appropriate.

Regards,

Thank you for your reply.

But at the time I was there, there was no eye scan, but I have the old residence visa.

Do you think it will be sufficient for them to issue the PCC?

Yes, it should be. Try the Ministry of Interior as well.
