الحقوق العمالية في حالة إنهاء خدمة العامل أثناء فترة الاختبار

إذا قام صاحب العمل بإنهاء خدمة العامل خلال فترة الاختبار بأثر فوري في نفس اليوم وأجبره على توقيع إشعار إنهاء الخدمة، فهل يُعد ذلك قانونيًا حيث أنه يعمل بموجب عقد غير محدد المدة؟

على سبيل المثال، لقد تم إنهاء الخدمة في 23 مارس بأثر فوري ولكن من المفترض أن يتم إرسال إشعار قبل 30 يومًا من آخر يوم عمل، في هذه الحالة كيف يمكن أن يكون الثالث والعشرون هو آخر يوم عمل؟

Dear questioner

The law permits the employer to dispense with the worker's services during the probationary period without notice or end of service gratuity, while the worker may not be appointed under probation more than once with one employer, and that agreed period is calculated from the worker's service if he successfully passes it.

So after termination during probation, employer and employee continue to work so the worker is entitled to his EOSB and pending salaries as well calculated towards his end of service pay?

Pending salaries must be paid, but the end of service is not calculated until one year after the start date.
