The mother's right to protect her child while on her custody

Hello,

I am looking for advice regarding child custody and travelling abroad with my child.

In addition, I require advice regarding my husband wanting overnight visits (I am refusing because he previously tried removing our child from the country without my permission).

I also need advice regarding the legality of questioning one's faith.

Could you please shed a little more light on this matter?

Let us know about the nationalities of both of you and overnight visits. Are these based on a court order?

Please explain first so we could grab an absolute idea.

My ex-husband and I have been divorced since May 2016. We are both American. I was born there and my ex-husband is nationalized. He was born in Iran.

I have a current question because we already received a response regarding the overnight visits. The court recently denied his request for overnight visits.

At the moment, I am looking for information regarding travelling with my son during the summer. He has not met most of my family.

He only met my mother once in 2014. She died in 2016. I do not want this to continue with my other family members.

Thank you.
