My current company did not pay for 6 months, so I have resigned and completed the notice period. They did not even pay the settlement. I have filed a case and the first hearing will be on 17 July. I have an offer from a company and they don't want to wait for the court verdict. My question: is there any way to cancel the visa as the case is already there? I have checked with my company but they want me to sign off the settlement paper that I have received all my settlement. Please tell me if there is any other solution in this situation about visa cancellation.
