Forcing cancellation upon termination before paying entitlements

First, I would like to inform you that your company has to pay you before signing the cancellation paper. If you sign it before, you will never ever get your labour entitlements.

Second, be aware to sign this paper after the company pays your total entitlements. Even if they force you to do so, just reject that and go to file a complaint against them in the Ministry of Labour.
