How to file a claim against my company for holding the EOSB after resignation?

I resigned from my job on 1 July, and on 31 July I completed my notice period. Until now, I haven't received my EOSB.

The accounting teams already contacted me upon calculating my EOS and I have signed to them.

But regarding the payment transfer, they are informing me it is under process.

Please advise on how I should approach the email to the accounting team on the follow up.

In such a situation you may file a labor complaint with the ministry of labor claiming all your dues.

If yours is a free zone company, file the complaint with the relevant free zone authority.
