Claiming dues from employer upon forging signature on cancellation

Hi,

On the 29th of March 2017, my UAE (Abu Dhabi) visa has been cancelled by my employer and I never put my signature on papers to cancel the visa, due to my outstanding dues (AED 82000).

But they had put my signature to cancel my visa. Thereafter, they have transferred me to Qatar and said we will settle your outstanding dues soon, but still, they have not settled the said amount.

Now, I'm camping in Dubai with the help of a one-month visit visa to receive my outstanding dues. My employer is saying to go back to my hometown and they are promising that every month they will send AED 10000 to my account.

However, this statement is not acceptable to me. I need my whole outstanding dues in one payment.

Kindly advise me.

Thanks,

Ramaswamy Nadar.

Having understood your case, are you saying that your employer forged your signature and got the cancellation done?

Then you went to work for the same company but in their Qatar company? Have you left their Qatari company? Are the owners the same?

We need clear details of your case in order to be able to make any specific comments on this issue.

Yes, I left the Qatari company on the 20th of April 2018 and there is no dues balance (from the 29th of March 2017 to the 20th of April 2018).

I left for Qatar with the same company, the owner is also the same, and went there with the assurances of paying the outstanding dues.

But finally, Qatar management said we can’t pay Abu Dhabi outstanding dues here. Meanwhile, they had given me a new employee code.

So do you have any written confirmation of their promises to pay your dues?

It would be better for us to review all your documents. You may contact us on Whatsapp us for a consultation appointment on 0559248999
