An employer makes up a story to cause problems to an ex-employee

My ex-employer filed a case against me that I owe the company 30k AED which is just a made-up story.

I filed a case against his company for not giving the correct amount of my gratuity pay and I won the case in the court. Now after the decision, he made up a complaint that I owe them 30k AED which is not true.

Now my question is: can I also complain against my ex-employer for making up a story that I owe him 30k AED and doing this to me as harassment?

What case can I file against him?

Thank you for your answer, sir!

Dear questioner,

You won your labor case already so you can file execution in order to get your money.

Regarding his claim, you can defend yourself against his claim as this is his legal right to sue you and you do not have any chance to file a case against him because he is claiming his money which you owe from his company.

If you do not have a lawyer to defend you, we will be pleased to assist you in a legal way and draft the memos for this case as well.

Thanks!

Hi sir,

But I do not owe them any money. They are the one who owes me money with my end of service pay.

They just made up a complaint to harass me to cause more problems because I won the case and now it's for execution.

After his case against me and proving that I don't owe them money, can I file a case again because they are lying?

I understood your inquiry initially and your abovementioned comments, but what I would like to tell you is that your employer has the right to sue you before the civil court regarding any case and you have the right to defend yourself only.

Then the final decision will be to the court. He has the right to claim and you have the right to defend.

It is not a criminal case to sue him for harassing you.
