قام صاحب العمل السابق برفع قضية ضدي حيث يدعي أنني مدين للشركة بمبلغ قدره 30 ألف درهم إماراتي وهذه مجرد قصة مختلقة.

لقد رفعت قضية ضد شركته بسبب عدم دفع أموال مكافأة نهاية الخدمة المستحقة لي وربحت القضية في المحكمة. الآن بعد صدور الحكم، قام بتقديم شكوى ضدي ويدعي أنني مدين له بمبلغ قدره 30 ألف درهم وهذا الأمر غير صحيح.

سؤالي الآن هو: هل يمكنني أيضًا تقديم شكوى ضد صاحب العمل السابق لاختلاقه قصة أنني أدين له بمبلغ قدره 30 ألف درهم وأنه فعل ذلك لإزعاجي؟

Hi sir,

But I do not owe them any money. They are the one who owes me money with my end of service pay.
