If I am not going to accept this offer, what are the things that I am legally entitled to get from my previous company? Moreover, I still have pending commission since 2016 out of our "gentleman's agreement". Every 2% of the paid invoices will be paid as my commission. Now that I am trying to get it, he told me that the amount is too big and he can't give it to me. I was trying to get my commission since 2016 but he always has a reason to delay it. Q: Hi Hari, I am currently working in Abu Dhabi. I had an employment contract with a Dubai company and It has been more than 8 months so far since I resigned. I signed the settlement paper even though my settlement was not made. But I have a mail stating that I am signing this paper for cancellation and still yet to receive my dues.
