Flight expenses to home country when leaving job in unlimited contracts
I'm about to finish 2 years with my employer, but my contract is unlimited.
They said that they are not the one who is obliged to give an air ticket going back home.
If so, is there any possibility I can get a free ticket?

Dear questioner,
In case you resigned, you are not entitled to receive a flight ticket back to your home country.
In case the company is the one who terminated your employment contract and they hired you from the UAE, they are not entitled to provide you with a flight ticket back to your home country.
In case the company terminated your employment contract and they hired you from abroad, then they have to pay you a flight ticket to send you back to the same destination.
