الحكم المحتمل في قضية لاسترداد شيكين مرتجعين في دبي
لقد رفعت إحدى الشركات قضية شيكات مرتجعة ضدي في شهر يوليو 2017 (مركز شرطة المرقبات) لاسترداد مبلغ قيمته 221,600 درهم إماراتي / -.
المبلغ الإجمالي للشيكين هو 108,000 درهم و113,600 درهم على التوالي.
ماذا سيكون الحكم المحتمل في هذه القضية لأنها لا تزال معلقة؟ هل يمكن تسوية هذه القضية بدفع غرامة؟
