Hi, We have a professional services license (2 partners) + 1 local service agent registered with DED, Dubai. The partners wish to close the business because of unavoidable circumstances. We wish to proceed with all the necessary paperwork for cancellation. Unfortunately, the local service agent is not available. We have been trying to connect to him multiple times but have not been able to reach him. The due date for the renewal of the company is coming up and we want to proceed with all the paperwork for cancellation prior to that. Kindly advise us about the options if the local service agent is unavailable.

I was working in a company in Dubai on a family visa. I was not provided with any labour contract during my tenure. I have resigned under probation serving 7 days of notice period as per their contract. They also deducted my 1 month & 8 days of salary by considering it as training and licensing cost. Now the HR and the manager are not responding to me to clear my incentives and complete my exit process. I also want to know whether the employee is supposed to bear the cost of licensing (DHA) if he/she resigns under the probation period.

السلام عليكم، وصلتني رسالة من توافق للتواصل مع صاحب العمل على الأرقام المُسجَّلة في النظام ولم يتم الرد وتم التواصل مع العامل ووافق على ما أفاد به المستشار القانوني لدى الشركة وهو غير مُخوَّل وقد تعرَّف عليه العامل. أفاد أنه سيلغي تصريح عمل العامل وذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 26/05/2020 وطالب باستلام ما في عهدته ووافق العامل على مطالباته، وبناءً على رغبة الطرفين تمت التسوية. هل يحق للشركة تطبيق حرمان ضدي؟ وما مستحقاتي؟

السلام عليكم، أرجو الإفادة. أنا متزوج من حوالي 8 سنوات ولدي طفلان من زوجتي وأقيم في ابوظبي. راتبي الشهري 15750 درهم. زوجتي مصممة على دفع راتب شهري تقريبًا ثلث راتبي أو أن أطلقها مع العلم أنني لا أستطيع دفع ذلك نظرًا لأن الراتب لا يبقى منه شيئًا. سابقًا ولعدة سنوات كنت أعطيها ما تريد نظرًا لأنني كنت أحصل في نهاية العام على بعض الحوافز ولكن هذا الأمر توقَّف منذ 3 سنوات تقريبًا وليس لي دخل إلا راتبي الشهري. في حال رغبت في الطلاق نظرًا لكثرة المشاكل بيننا وتطاول زوجتي عليّ بالسب والشتم، أرجو من حضراتكم الإفادة عن نفقة المتعة والعدة مع العلم أن الزوجة لا تعمل. هل هذه النفقة تشمل مصاريف المدرسة مع العلم أنني مَن يتحمل مصاريف التعليم في مدرسة خاصة في أبوظبي وليس لدي مصدر دخل إضافي وأُرسل مبلغًا بسيطًا 1200 درهم تقريبًا شهريًا للنفقة على والدتي. للعلم حدث طلاق مرة قبل أكثر من عام أثناء مشكلة بيننا ثم رددتها، وحاليًا أرغب في الطلاق نظرًا لصعوبة التعامل معها مما يُشكِّل عبئًا نفسيًا على الأطفال. جزاكم الله خيرًا!

I recently joined a new organization in the Hamriyah Free Zone, and my previous organization has not released my end-of-service benefits. The HR has instructed the finance team not to do so because I had contacted one of their clients.
