Cancellation of Ejari for default of tenant and expiry of lease agreement

Dear sir,

If a lease agreement expired more than one month, still not renewed and filed a case with RDC for finance and eviction, is it possible to cancel the expired Ejari?

Thank you

Dear questioner,

If you have not vacated the property after the expiry of the tenancy contract, the same tenancy contract will continue.

Until & unless you give written confirmation to your landlord at least 60 days in advance of your intention of vacating the property and non-renewal of the tenancy contract.

Kindly contact us by phone for a detailed discussion or write to us at our email for further assistance.

Is it mentioned in the contract (if the lease term expires and the landlord does not object, the lease term extends)?

Dear Sir,

We are the landlord. The tenant has not paid last year dues and has not renewed the contract after expiry as well, nor returned the keys.

Further, we have already filed a case with RDC for finance & eviction. Can the landlord cancel expired Ejari from the Ejari system?
