The time limit allowed for an employer to delay salaries

What if our employer delays salary each month for 25 days, can we complain?

Hello.
In the UAE, workers employed in return for an annual or a monthly wage must receive their salaries once a month on due dates and no later than 10 days after the end of each salary period.
The employer is considered as late in paying wages if the wage is not paid to the employee within 10 days from the due date, which is the next day of the end of the salary period.

An employer is considered as being ‘late’ to pay wages if the salary is not paid within 10 days from the due date.
Strict action will be faced if the salary is delayed more than 60 days of the due date.
