What legal action can I take if my salary is always delayed?
Is there any legal action if I complain on my employer that my salary is always delayed? Like this September salary which until now, end of October, is still not paid.
What can I do with this? They always delay the salary.

You can complain to the Ministry of Labour for delayed salary. And in all likelihood, you will be paid all your dues.
But once you complain, no employer will keep you as an employee and the court cannot force your employer to keep you.
